You will leave this session with a list of short-term goals to move your health forward.

Attend follow-up sessions to support achieving health goals

We will continue to problem solve issues that inevitably arise, as well as work towards making your health gains permanent.

Hi there!

I’m Caylee, a registered dietitian-nutritionist and certified yoga instructor. I am passionate about helping people live with less pain, more food freedom, and greater enjoyment by using food as medicine. My goal is to help you make peace with food and your body. I specialize in:
